All attendees must register and pay their registration fee in full in order to participate in conference activities. Participant badges will be available upon presentation of a valid QR code, at the registration desk in Davos.

Registration fee
The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please register early and pay by the deadline.
Registration fee includes:
- All conference sessions and exhibitions
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- 2 Coupons for the Swiss public railway system (SBB), 2nd class: free travel within Switzerland between the conference location in Davos and the point of entry (such as airport or border train station). Coupons need to be redeemed at ticket purchase with SBB.
- Welcome Reception
- Additional sponsored activities, such as social nights
- Access to the conference mobile app
Participation to the Conference banquet is not included in the registration fee, but can be purchased separately when registering.
Student registration requires a certificate of student status.

Payment and payment options
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The following credit cards and payment options are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, AmEx, UnionPay, TWINT, and Postfinance Pay.
- Participants will receive a QR code, to present for check-in at the conference registration desk.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellations must be made in writing, by email to icmrbs_2026@unibas.ch.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Before 1 June 2026: 50 CHF
- From 1 June 2026 to 22 July 2026: 50% of the registration fees
- After 22 July 2026: 100% of the registration fees
