Formatting and print
The format of the poster should be A0, portrait orientation. There is no specific formatting template.
It is possible to have the poster printed in Davos by the commercial vendor Silberroth Werbetechnik:

Please contact them directly and check their capacity as soon as possible!
Mounting
Your personal poster number can be found in your ConfTool account. The poster areas are accessible to all participants throughout the entire conference.
Posters 1-41: room Seehorn
Posters 42-83: room Schwarzhorn
Posters 84-118: room Sertig
(These rooms are situated along the main corridor.)
Posters 119-220: room Davos
(Room adjacent to Plenary Sessions.)
We recommend to mount upon arrival on Sunday and dismount after the last poster session (leftover posters will be discarded).
Material to mount the posters will be provided. There will be a map showing you the precise location of your poster spot.
Presentation
Posters will be presented by the authors
with ODD numbers on Monday 14.00-16.00 and on Thursday 14.00-15.00,
with EVEN numbers on Wednesday 14.00-16.00 and on Thursday 15.00-16.00.
We recommend that you find a fair balance between presenting your poster and watching other posters.
