Abstract requirements
Authors wishing to present an oral presentation or poster are invited to submit an abstract of a maximum of 2200 characters (not including title and author names and affiliations).
The abstract should describe the aims, methods, results and conclusions of the research.
All submissions must be made in English.
Abstracts are not edited by the organizers, and author corrections will not be accepted after the abstract deadline date. Abstracts should be checked carefully for accuracy prior to submission.

Participants are invited to the “Oral Presentation” submission track. If a proposal in the Oral track is not selected for oral presentation, it will default to the “Poster with Flash talk” track. Authors may optionally upload a video (max. 2 min, max. 100 MB) or a figure to support their application. Please note that only registrants with paid conference fee are considered for oral presentation.
Poster with Flash Talk
Participants with poster presentation can apply for a 1-minute Flash Talk to advertise their poster. If a proposal is not selected for a Flash Talk, it will default to the Poster track.
Travel Stipend Awards
Students and postdocs who submit an abstract for Oral Presentation may apply for a Travel Stipend. The awardees will be selected by the scientific committee based on scientific merit.
